Make and Take

In a 10 ml Roller, I use 10 drops Frankincense, 10 drops Tea Tree, 10 drops Lavender. and 2 drops Myrrh (optional) pure essential oils with a carrier oil.  I keep this on hand.  This can also soothe painful itchy rash.  

In a 1 ounce glass spray bottle, Put 1/2 tablespoon clear aloe vera gel, 1/2 tablespoon liquid coconut oil, 10 drops frankincense, 12 drops lavender, 12 drops tea tree, then fill the bottle to below the neck with distilled water and label.  Spray liberally. 

In a 10 ml roller bottle, I put 10 drops peppermint or wintergreen, 10 drops copaiba 10 drops lavender, 5 lemongrass, 5 oregano. Fill to below neck with carrier oil.  

In a 10 ml bottle put 10 lemongrass, 10, marjoram, 10 peppermint, 10 copaiba, then fill to below neck of bottle with carrier oil.  This can also be used for post surgery support.

In a 10 ml roller bottle,  I put 10 frankincense, 10 lemon, 10 Onguard, 10 Tea Tree, 10 Oregano.  The fill with a carrier oil and label.  Whenever someone isn't feeling too good, I apply this to the bottom of the feet or draw a line down the spine for immune support. And put Breathe in the diffuser to help with breathing more clearly..  This kit is the least expensive way to go. 

Springtime stuffiness. In a 10 ml roller bottle, put 10 drops peppermint, 10 drops lemon, 10 drops lavender, 10 drops ginger (optional) and fill with a carrier to the neck of the bottle.  Also diffuse Breathe Essential oil.
